Exact worst experience ever. Pay for stuff and dont get it

Worst experience ever. I went to Ladybrand Exact to do some shopping. After swiping my rewards card and swipe my bank card and approved, somehow there was a problem. Staff members working there only spoke sesotho, didnt tell me what was going on, after asking two times what is going on. On staff member even ignored me while I was talking to her. They didnt want to give me my stuff paid for. They made me swipe for the wrong amount aswell. I had to leave there after spending more then 15minutes there I say again without my stuff to go to the bank to get them proof of transaction, as per the bank it is an pending transaction because of it will only show the next day on my bankstatement. I went back they also told me they wont be able to release my stuff or give my money back???? This was frustrating. I phoned on Sunday telling them I have proof on my bank that it went off. They told me if I come in they will be able to assist me. They tell me the manager of the store is on leave? went back on Sunday the same day of phoning them, they only took my proof and I had to leave again without my stuff and no money back? They will only phone headoffice Monday.
