Exact Store Protea Glen Mall Soweto

Went there on the 31 January 2018 to take out a laybye with a friend of mine...We were helped by the guy then he went at the back to check the laybye he couldnt get it then he handed the slip to the store manager I believe then the manager went on saying "Its only two items "we wont find them...there was a lady called Jessica she said when was it then she started counting they then laughed about it...We got angry to say how can you guys humilliate us like that then Jessica asked that do we have a problem then my friend said we are not talking to you she left to the back then came with the store manager and she called us "*****es" infront of the store manager then she left the shop for about 5 minutes then came back but they kept laughing we got out so angry but the guy who was there kept apologising for their behaviour!
