Worst shop ever. I took a men's to back because it was to big, I asked them do they have a size smaller and they said no and they said there is one in Claremont I then told them please get it for me I paid R50 for the shipping, today they phoned me and said it is her I went to the shop now and then they said I must pay again for the top, I said how can I pay for it again as it is a return, now they say it went back to my account, but it isn't. In the future tell your customers what they need to bring when they collect items... Im very upset will never shop again at Exact in Somerset West Mall
