Exact Somerset mall

Good afternoon I'm highly disappointed in Exact Somerset mall. I purchased a shoe in store and I have it less than a month and it tore in the middle. I went to the store because I lost my slip and asked them if they would take a bank statement and they refused.The one who helped me had an attitude. I asked if they can look up the slip they said no. PLEASE ADVICE
