Exact Somerset Mall

Every time I'm at this shop I am always inconvenienced. There are always problems if it not their system it's that. When I wanted to do my layby they told me to come back after sometime as their system was down I understood and I left. What bugs the most now I want to collect my layby I am told that the Manager is in a meeting and the staff is not allowed to go inside the room. I am told that I need to come back after some time. I am telling the staff that I took my lunch so that I can come fetch my layby so what now? They just stood there and looked at me. What the hell is happening in that Shop. I now have to even postpone some of things because of this. Why are they even in operation if the structure of the shop is not proper, like why on earth is that manager having his meeting in the storage room or whatever it's called. I want my clothes. This is exact shop in Somerset Mall. Why is that shop in operation if they are v going to cause so much inconvenience for people. Imagine where I am coming from the time I wasted to go there. Who will pay back my time, what about my wasted time. Exact in somerset, under Foschini Retail Group... I am super furious.
