Exact Somerset Mall

Good Afternoon I bought a shoe at exact in somerset mall and i have it a month..It tore in the middle and they refuse to take it back..i lost my slip and i asked if i can give a bank statement they refused ..the one who helped me had a whole attitude. Its really unexceptable for a shoe thats bad quality ..Please advice
