Exact rude staff members

I am really disappointed at the Exact store employees in mall of the south Johannesburg which is 4km from my place ....the are three rude ladies working there ,I went to the store to exchange an item,I had the receipt but the account holder was not available .they told me that I cant exchange unless i have a card,then I asked them to call the customer service so I can please explain my situation, the lady called but she told me that the customer care lady called Zanele says she has got nothing to say to me,o was so shocked that I asked myself why do they even have customer care if they can't address customer's issues. I was so furious and i drove to Albarton City Mall which is 13km from my place to make an exchange there, I got there and I got an excellent service, my exchange was done in less than 7 minutes. The staff there is the best.
