Exact Parow Centre Condescending Manager!

On the 9th July 2020, I visited Exact in Parow Centre, to enquire about exchanging a gift to a bigger size. After being taken to the manager of the store (Bilqees) i was forced to listen to a lecture on policy returns. Her tone was condescending and she actively tried to belittle me in front of her co-workers. Eventually, after needing a break from her monologue, i fetched my clothes from the counter as I had already decided that i was going to leave. She stopped me in front of the store and continued with " As I was saying.......... " telling me now that after all of that, she was going to exchange my goods. I politely told her that she offered too much information and I was not interested anymore. " In that case, bring the slip with you next time........blah blah blah.......because Im not exchanging it. Really......???? im so dissapointed!!!!!. Anyways. left a bad taste in the mouth and I certainly will not make use of Exact Parow Centre again
