Exact Manager in Kzn Newcastle CBD Branch

To the Exact stores Head office...

Just now I was at the Exact store in Town in NewcastleKZN.The tan colour ankle suede boots R369 got black marks in some areas, on the weekend I was planning to buy them at the Newcastle mall but I couldn't because of the marks I thought I'll check in the cbd branch... when I got there I asked Sli who was steaming jackets to check another pair for me in the stockroom to check if it the left side doesn't have marks coz I would like change the one side with marks she said I cannot do that because it's not allowed I asked her why coz it's the same sizes and she said she'll asked her boss who was a short indian woman who was very very busy for my attention,she kept running around the store paying little attention to me, when I finally told the boss that Sli said I must talk to her, she told me to wait she's taking a photo of a wall,I had to "wait"for her to finish and , ultimately I spoke to her about the boots she brushed me off and said no one ever complained about the boots she'll send it to the WhatsApp group...I was trying to tell her the whole stock has got marks, I told her I couldn't buy from the mall I wanted to buy from her branch,she didn't even listen to me or paying attention at all to the customer*,she took a picture of the boots and told me it's not their fault and carried with her business. It was like she was talking to a naughty child and wave the child out of her sight...I was very very disturbed by her behavior, I thought so much for being a manager...she can't pay attention to customers why was she hired then? Exact is a such reliable store but to have such people who clearly have zero interest to the main people of the business (customers) and these people are the Managers if your branches then yol need to rethink your HR decisions. I was highly disappointed and dissatisfied and humiliated and undermined by the Exact "Manager"
