Exact management

My mom bought a phone at exact northam on Saturday ,when we got home the phone speaker was not working. On Monday we returned the phone to the store . The consultant who was helping us was very rude ,she refused to give us the new phone but the warranty on the slip says that if you returned a phone within 7 day because it's not working the store should give you a new phone

When we asked her to call head office for this enquiry the lady refused saying that they don't have the number for head office. She told us that the phone can only be taken for repairs. She was very rude and does not know how to treat customers and did not follow the procedure of what was written on the slip
