EXACT-MALL OF THE SOUTH RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL

Exact Store Mall of the South. Pathetic customer service. Except for one young gentleman, the sales staff and manager are extremely rude. I bought 2 jackets on sale, only to discover one was torn inside and the other had very loose stitching. Upon bringing my items in for an exchange, I was told by a lady who seemed to be a manager or senior sales lady that I cannot expect quality on sale items. Another sales assistant , spoke to this senior sales member, in front of me, in vernacular, presuming that I could not understand and said ' They think they can tell us what to do, and he is even a foreigner.' I decided to just return the items instead of exchange them as I cannot support a store which hires rude, unprofessional and xenophobic people as staff members to sell their poor quality clothes. Shame on you Exact (Mall of the south)
