Exact guys *****ing customers numbers (Pan African Mall)

Today I went to Pan African Mall Exact, The guy who helped me helped a young lady before me. There were 3 guys by the till , two of them took the young lady's numbers that she wrote on Her receipt without her consent after she left. Is this how our information is treated (POPI). Talk to your staff guys please.
