EXACT EASTRAND MALL Yesterday around 10 am ,walked in the store along with my Wife. Searching for a black mans jacket.The customer service we received. was highly satisfying •We were assisted by a lady with bald hair her tag is written Nosipho. (her personality and the manner in which she engaged with us one could tell the lady enjoys doing her job)she pops up some jokes here and there. Making us to feel even more comfortable.She explained what’s currently on promotion and so on. Unfortunately we didn’t get the size on the floor including the stock room. She went to check on the system ,Recommended Benoni we told her we really need to find one before the end of the day. She went as far as calling Benoni,asking them to take the Jacketout the floor and put it aside.She told us that she Spoke with Mbali on the phone she will be waiting for us. Would like to thank her for being Patient and treating us with outmost respect.
