Exact do better

Terrible experience I've ever had with Exact. I ordered perfume online and not only was the packing terrible and dirty but the perfume was not full. It looked used before because it was half and I have never been so disappointed in my entire life. I felt very disrespected as a client and unvalued. I hope Exact will do better because I'm really disappointed.
