Exact Chris Hani Mall Poor Service

On the 18th April I did the purchase of R440.00 +- with the discount voucher of R75.00, then the following day 19th April same store(Exact Chris Hani Mall) I went to exchange the boots size, then I took same brand same colour but the discount voucher was not taken and the lady Dorah was very very rude to me.
