EXACT BOTHAVILLE

I am truly unhappy with the Bothaville branch. After doing some shopping and standing in line to pay as it usually works one of the male staff members came up to me and told me that the 'lady' standing with him will be paying before me as he was helping her at the back and that he was keeping a place for her in the line (noted that he was not actually standing in the line!!!!!) . So this is now how it works in shops apparently. First of all I was standing in line for 15 minutes secondly the 'lady' that was pushed in front of me in the line was not even in the shop when I got there she came in after me. Needles to say EXACT BOTHAVILLE your staff is clearly biased as to what 'type' of customer you want shopping with you. I will not leave it at that the next step is my local newspaper.
