Exact Benoni *****sters

I received a call from exact saying I have an overdue account that needs to be settled. I was astonished as I never had an Exact account. I went to Exact store in Durban and discovered that this account was opened in December 2024 in Benoni which was shocking as I haven't traveled outside Kzn in years. I was also shocked how this account was opened as I had my ID with me. I was told to open a case which was also impossible as SAPS requested that I open it in Benoni since this happened in Benoni. This has been such an inconvenience to me. The back and forth and not getting any progress. My credit score is affected and I am also stressed. I need this to be attended to urgently especially the person at the branch that opened an account without my ID.
