Exact Bad Service

I am disgusted with the pathetic service I received from Exact. I bought a Laptop with insurance from them, trusting that they wouldn't let me down. A year later the laptop just shut down and mind you my daughter was in the process of her examination. After numerous phones calls, sending me from pillar to post and even them denying that I do have insurance. After them coming to realization that I do have insurance, they came with the story that I didn't inform them that my daughter was going to use it, which was false because when I purchased the laptop I told the sales rep that it's for my daughter that's on university. Only then they informed me that I cannot make a claim because the laptop doesn't have any physical or water damages. I am disappointed with way they treating me and not taking into consideration that my daughter is a student and I'm a single parent. If this matter is not going to be taken seriously I swear I'm am going to badmouth Exact on each and every social media platform.
