Dissatisfied with Exact TFG Mabopane Station

Good day,

Today I went to Exact in Mabpone Station were I purchased a phone last week, however the officials claim they are the following individuals that didn't even have name tag: Store manager - Betty Aphane Store assistant - Tsholo Makgale

They were very disrespectful, rude and hursh, I explained that I need a phone they told me about a 6 weeks waiting period for my 1 week Samsung A32.

And I haven't even made my 1st installment for me to be so inconvenienced.

Please assist me with this matter as soon as possible.
