Dissapointed and embarrassed

I have an account with foschini which also works ar Exact.unfortunately we dont have any of the mentioned shops here in Melmoth.so I drove to Ulundi yesterday.I first went to Exact where I was so dissapointed and embarrased.When I arrived at the door there was a guy who works at the shop who was just standing.acoording to my experience before u even enter the shop the nominated person should help by sanitizing each and every cusomer more especially if the store does not have the proper stand for sanitizer.in my left hand I had a packet with shoes ,my wallet,my fone and the keys.the guy by the door said I should sanitize and because I had many things in my hands I politely asked the guy to help me by just sanitizing.however the guy refused.I continued pleading him with no luck.I went on to the shop and the shouted to the other guy at the till that "a lady in pyjamas" does not want to sanitize.. and when I was trying to explain to the giu at the till he also went on and said I should get of the store I eventually went out without getting what I had drove for and went to the next shop .I did not want to continue arguing I just went to Foschini where I was assisted.
