disrespected

on the 2 December 2015 I went to Exact store, to pay for the lay bye and I had a voucher of R638,and I wanted to top up with R152 I was assisted by Tshidi and I was not feeling well, she told me to talk to her manager I did, then after Tshidi assisted me the manager came and shouted at me accusing me of being a **** that she did not gave me the go ahead. every eyes was on me as if I was a *****, yes at the end I was helped by she humiliated me I even cried because she made a fool of me, I even told them that this was my last day shopping at their store and I'm still very angry about it. i went to the shop at 15:40 but only assisted at 17:51:15 and she assisted me because I was crying. that was one hell of a day for me by belittled, disrespected and humiliated by the Store Manager
