Disappointing service and Miscommunication

Good day ,

I bought a Samsung A21S from your Menlyn Mall store ,after a month the phone didn't switch on ,I returned it and they send it for repairs ,I reiceved an SMS on Monday saying the phone has been delivered back to the store and it's fixed only to get that the phone hasn't been delivered ,I called the Samsung repair centre and haven't received any joy since Tuesday ,so I decided to buy a new phone AHuawei and I don't want that phone so it's up to you and Samsung to decided you can give it to charity I don't care but I'm never buying from Exact let alone buy a Samsung mobile and I'll alert people about the treatment I been receiving,Ta
