Deceived by staff,de*****ed and Bad service Received

I had an incredibly frustrating experience at the Exact store in Festival Mall on 09/11/2024. I initially bought a dress for R79.99, but when I went in to exchange it for the correct size, I was told I had to pay more because the dress was on special. Apparently, since I was exchanging, I couldn’t get the original price and had to pay extra. This was incredibly unfair, and I felt deceived.

To make matters worse, I went to get a refund for my expired lay-by, only to be told they don’t refund cash. I was forced to take an item in-store instead, with no other option given. The cashier was unhelpful and seemed very reluctant to assist in any way. This whole experience was very disappointing, and I left feeling overcharged and dissatisfied with the poor service. I will definitely think twice before shopping at Exact again.
