Data not received as per package

I bought I tel A04 black with free 10Gb data from Telekom on the 27th of December 23. I never received the data and the excuse I got was that there is a problem with Telekom network and Sim cards, it was not loaded. Till today. The store is Exact, Fingoland mall, Butterworth
