Damaged Products Delievered With No Boxes

Good Afternoon.

I am writing this complaint in complete disappointment with my order recieved by Exact.

I ordered 3 pairs of shoes for the black friday special over this weekend and upon receiving my products, I noticed that all of the boxes were already used and heavily damaged.

Although this was upsetting, it did not phase me. Today I received my last item which was a ladies boots, and this was delivered to me in a plastic bag which was contorted causing damage to the boots as there was no box included at all.

I pay good money for the items I purchase at TFG because of the quality, and this kind of disregard is unacceptable. The package arrived as if it was bought on the street corner.

This was meant to be a gift to someone and the fact that this was loaded with no box is seriously concerning. Please provide a resolution in arranging the delivery of 3 proper boxes for the items so that I am able to gift this to the people required or alternatively arrange to have all the products picked up and returned.
