Damaged clothes bought in exact keywest

On the 22 of October I purchase a 2pce in exact keywest mall the moment I wash it it got damaged ..when I call the store and complain the manager says she can't assist me without a receipt when I ask for a print out or the record of it because it was a laybye still they did not assist me
