on the 16 of June I bought a jacket and sunglasses from Exact. The store swipe my credit card and it gave a time out although my notify me said that it was deducted from my credit card, they tried my credit card again, but it still gave a time out so I paid with my debit card - manager assured me that the amount R458 will be back in my credit card after cash up that evening. After a week the amount was still not written back I phoned the branch and the manager said that the problem will be rectified with in 14 working days. IT IS STILL NOT DONE!! really!! I am waiting for over a month for something that was not my fault
