Hi if there was a zero rate with no star i was gonna give it 0, this past Saturday I was ****** in Bloemfontein and it happend that, they took everything including my wallet which had my cards and exact gift card which had 150.00 That I loaded by myself at Botshabelo Mall Exact during level 3 or 2 of lock-down. I went to report it to the same store, I gave them my ID Number they told me they can't trace my gift card on their system. how is that possible because they had my details on their system when they issued that Gift card, So my money cant be traced but they have it in their account that's bull****. all i want is gift card with the same amount I have loaded they are ******. I wish this matter could be resolved.
