I was a couple of month back i walked in Exact East Rand mall i love shopping there because of the amazing service that i always get from that store thanks to Alfred for always welcoming your customer with warmth and always going the EXTRA MILE i was looking for a phone and the store didnt have the device that i was looking for Alfred spend time phoning others store and the was still nothing and he then said Mum when we receive stock i promise to give you a call unfortunately that took longer and he then called me to let me know that he received the device that i was looking for i already purchased one already but i must say the service that i get at the store its awesome thank you very much Alfred for going the EXTRA MILE for your clients that is why i will never shop anywhere else but exact east rand mall thank you very much Alfred for your efforts everytime you deserve recognition keep it up with all your customers i will be popping in to make a purchase for Christmas thank you may God bless you abundant.
