Complaint

On the 25th of November 2019 at around 2pm in the afternoon during my lunch I visited Exact Vincent Park East London store to pay for my clothing account and close the account with cellphone insurance. The lady by the name of Liphelo whom I don't know whether she is a supervisor or store manager was called to assist me after paying for the account, she does not even wear her name tag to be recognized by customers. She said before she can even assist me "Sisi we might not get hold of the cellphone insurance at this time, insurance are cancelled in the morning I can provide you with insurance company contact so that you can call them by yourself to cancel." She called the head office for TFG to cancel account and she said to the consultant, she did inform me that if they close account they won't be able to cancel from their side off which she didn't even tell me all that. After speaking to a consultant who cancelled the account." She then said as I had told you I left a voicemail message with insurance to call us tomorrow morning to cancel the insurance " I asked if I don't cancel this insurance what is going to happen she said I will have a balance owing insurance.

I wasn't happy at all with the service received from Liphelo because she didn't even show any willingness to assist me from the beginning.

I managed to cancel insurance by myself but to my surprise yesterday I received a statement saying I owe R4,50 for card insurance which I didn't understand because I asked for my account to be cancelled with everything in it. Which I knew from the poor service received from Liphelo nothing good will come out of it.

The lady needs to take customers serious and treat them with respect. I even left the store today and ended up being assisted at Foschini because I know from there you receive best service possible. And I'm write today they did just that cancel what was not cancelled from last month.

I would like my review to be taken to right people to change what is going to ruin the name of Exact store and TFG at large because of one person who does not want to serve people right. Thank you.
