My name is Mamsy Gwendoline Zwane, My card number *** a phone was bought without my knowledge plus a phone insurance i am paying for something I never even signed off i ask the store and the head office to show me the papers where I signed for this they refuse til to date I am frustrated and want you to cancel that cellphone insurance and reverse the cellphones fee I was only told that a cellphone was bought without my knowledge I am so upset cause no one has given me feedback with my case I send emails to exact no one replies so don't know if this is how you treat your customers
