I bought a jacket there by gugulethu branch in cape Town then I decided that I don't want it when I was there the lady assisted me she was very rude she gave stinking attitude she didn't even return for me bt I gave them a proof of purchase and the jacket with a price tag Bt what surprise me is at century City Branch they return for which no doubt am very dissapointed and angry at the same time the lady there by gugulethu mall she is a manager bt she's unprofessional and unproductive how can you hire someone like her she Doesn't know how to treat customers
