Close online shopping

Good day I ordered shoes on the 12th of July and 2months later still nothing. I even went to the store they were supposed to drop it off but there was nothing. I cannot express how deeply disappointed and disgusted I am in the poor service I received, or wait I didn't receive any service. Now I receive an Email saying that my package has been returned after waiting 2 months and I must follow instructions for a return. Firstly I do not want a return all I wanted was my shoes, I never even got a sms saying the package was delivered and when u tracked it it kept saying that it was at the warehouse. This is absolutely unacceptable, exact online shopping can close their platform because it does not serve any purpose.
