Chatsworth Rock Star

I recently wanted to order an item via the TGF website which at the time was completely out of stock. There was no stock at any of the stores from the calls I made to numerous branches. The one store that actually did have my item was in a different province and the lady actually told me : YOU HAVE TO COME INTO OUR STORE AND REQUEST US TO SEND THE ITEM TO A STORE CLOSE TO YOU. Like really??

I then called the Durban Chatsworth branch (closest to me) and was given the managers name and number Phethele Dube. This lady is something else altogether. She returned my calls, she texted me and sort of went hunting for my size. She kept me updated through out the hunt. She had the item delivered to her store. When I collected it the size was correct however the fit was large. I then again contact her and let me tell you within 2 days she not only found me another but had it delivered as well.

The level of service on such a small item, the attention to detail, level of communication and understanding just totally impressive and absolutely refreshing. Thank you so much 🌸
