Cellphone not returned

On the 10/06/15 I took my blackberry 9720 to<br> Exact for repairs, I did not receive a Loan phone<br> was then told Id receive my phone before June<br> ends & I went back end of June was told my<br> Phone was still at MTN they promised to call me<br> within a week to update me however I was never<br> contacted I have since been running to the store<br> thinking that my phone is stuck at MTN and<br> every time they would ask me for a fault report<br> document to make a copy and promise to call<br> me until the 28/12/15 I sent my Mom to fetch<br> the phone they asked her for the fault report<br> document AGAIN!!! They made a copy and told<br> her it was still in store and they will send it for<br> repairs. I then went the store on the 29/12/15<br> spoke with Buti he told me the phone was sent &<br> promised to email me proof within 24 hours he<br> also said \ You are not the 1st to wait long for<br> the phone
