cellphone not fixed from repairs and no replacement

hello admin an fellow customers ,i bought a cellphone at exact store in durban workshop branch on the 20th october,start of december the phone does not charge to full bateery no matter how long you charger,using original charger,on the 11th december brought in device for repairs and waited the period,got a call on the 11th january to pick up my fixed phone from store,and i went for it.

problem when i got at work and charged my phone it was still only charging up to 50%,which means the phone was never fixed,i called the store the next day,they say they will book the phone again for a whole month of repairs, without actually using the phone as it was coming back from the 1st repair..so i bought the phone and used it 2months and i wont have the phone for 2months also..where is the logic of me buying the phonr then? im simple asking for a replacement asap
