Cellphone matters

I have a complaint about EXACT Garden Route Mall, I bought a Cellphone at the store and a year later it gives me problems, the phone just died and I sent it back to the store to try and get a resolve, 2 months later I'm still sitting without a phone and every time I go to the store or call the store the people who work in the store are forever confused and never give feedback, they seem to forget that I bought the damn phone with my money and the attitude the male I spoke gave me was intolerable, I NEED MY FONE ISSUE RESOLVED
