Can't get my refund

Beginning of August i bought a shoe from Exact Clothing tried to get my refund back they are telling me that they can't take the shoe because they cant resell it.The manager gave me an option to either take the shoe unsatisfied or I should go for investigation shoe for a max of a week or 2, went.for the investigation the item had no problem but still cant get a refund only an exchange of the item. Escalated this issue to customer service to get my refund they also tried to get me to choose an exchange but i want my refund.

Never going to shop at this store, clearly althey are treating their customer badly by prolongating everything and this is annoying because I can't be always be calling about this issue being resolved, its deplorable.
