Hi ,there I want to express my feelings about the service I've got from the manager at gugulethu exact that I did expect to so- called manager and it's not the first I forgot the name but it's African lady that was the till point ,how can you tell a customer that you can't do return bcz she didn't reach her target I want to know where is that policy I was totally not happy she ended up helping me bcz we exchange words,and u don't not argue with a customer no matter I'm returning something I havena reason why I couldn't go to century city bcz I bought the staff there i will rate the 0 out of 100 gugulethu have bad customer service as I experienced in 2018 I will never go there again
