Called us *****es

Me and friend went to Exact store in Protea glen mall to take out a layby. The man who was helping us went to the back but couldn't find our items. He asked the manager for help, she took one look at the slip and said loudly 'its just two items, how can you find it!!'. We started complaining that it's inappropriate for her to be saying such because it doesn't matter if it's two items. The lady who was at the till (Jessica) said something and we told her that we not talking to her and she's not even the one helping us so she must just keep her comments to herself. She then went to the back and came back with the manager and said "It's these *****es" and walked out of the store. The manager laughed, we were so angry at that moment to be called names by people who don't even know us. The man who was helping us continued to apologies but the manager said NOTHING and pretended not to hear us even though we were the only customers at the pay point. The lady Jessica came back and continued to laugh and talk with the manager.
