CALL AGENT SHARED INFO WITHOUT CONSENT

Details regarding my in store account was shared by a call agent without my consent to someone else I know. I've not given any alternative contact information for anyone to contact me with, as I was communicating via email to your help desk requiring assistance about my account. I'm pretty sure you have violated the POPI act by doing this.
