Broken phone

My sister bought me a phone last year December a Nokia c10 from exact carnival mall I only used it for a few days it gave me problems I took it back to the store in january 2022 I was told it will be sent to repairs after few weeks it came back with the same problem. I took it back and I was told to leave it for it to be taken to repairs again Again they brought it back with a new battery they said they found the problem. I only used it for a week and took it back again I asked to speak to someone from 3g a very rude guy who told me that I must let them repair it again. Well it has been repaired 3 times already and I'm still experiencing the same problem. I called the store today and explained that I wont bring it for repairs I always have to go to the mall everytime I have a problem I just need to be refunded coz its costly to travel from my place to carnival mall money that I font have is spent on transport I just need them to take their phone and refund me
