Brilliant service from Mpho - Exact store, fourways mall

I visited the Fourways mall Exact retail store, and wanted to purchase 2 jackets, a blue and a black. I spoke to Mpho who assured me not to be disappointed as they did not have my size and she would order them from other stores and give me a call back. She was very prompt and managed to order my jackets and always kept me updated by calling me. I did not expect this kind of excellent service from her. She was great and professional and done her job so efficiently. Thank you Mpho! I really wish that customer care would be handled so delicately,with so much of passion just like you did :)
