Best manager in the world!

Good day

My son and I bought a Samsung phone from exact store in bushbuckridge on Saturday 29th March 2020. Within 48 hours we found the phone to be faulty. Anticipating the usually coy attitude of retail personnel, we took screen grabs of the fault. This however proved futile at first because, upon returning it to the store, we were informed that there was nothing they could do; we we asked to live with it and get used to it.

After a debate that was mostly going in circles due to the consultants refusing to acknowledge the fault, the manager stepped in and solved it in exactly 2 minutes.

The managers name is Sanele Dlamini. We're greatful for the wonderful service and wish all retail personnel could be like him.
