Bad Service for Exact Mamelodi Crossing Pretoria

Good day ….I am really disappointed with the service I have received from Exact Mamelodi Crossing ..I bought a phone for my cousin on the 26th of September 2022… and later on the phone started giving us issues … we went to the store the first time and no help was offered instead they became rude to us … well today once again we went to the store to do a follow up regarding the phone 📱 but we were not helped at all …it’s been a month going to the store and not finding a better solution…all our efforts to get a phone valued to our money are just in vain… I am not sure 🤔 of what needs to be done because my cousin needed a phone for online exams and studying and exact was the great choice but I must say now I regret my choice I should have went to a different store where I would get the service I am looking for …

I wouldn’t advise anyone to buy a phone from TFG stores ….
