Bad service

The worst service everytime I have set foot in exact by westgate mall. One person by the name of Simphiwe has no customer service as he is always rude and does not know to talk to customers.

Big ups to Mdu who tried to make up for the bad service as he really tried to apologies and give me good service. Keep it up because of you I might decide to go back to that mall.
