Bad service

On Saterday 2nd July I was in Blue Route mall shopping for a cellphone I went to Sterns first and I received the best service there but I said to them I am gonna come back I want to check all the Tfg stores. So I went to all of them and I found a phone i liked at Exact I requested for them to give me the phone as I did that with other store the young man that helped me said he's not allowed to take out the phone....I then told him I am certain I will buy the phone I just want to feel it in my hands he didn't allow me I then asked him to go explain to his manager thta I will buy the phone!, he came back saying no he cannot give me the phone and then I said he must call the manager and then Irene Arries came very angry with attitude and spoke in Afrikaans "......gee:" that's all I heard and then the young man opened the display cabinet and gave me the phone , I wanted two phones they didn't have stock they sold me the displayed phone I took because they said it was not used
