Bad service at Sterkspruit branch

<p>I also made a laybye at exact Sterkspruit store. I paid off the laybye and collected it. When I arrived home there were items missing and when I went back to the store the store manager said I took out the items on purpose and now I'm there to claim for items I know I have recieved and left at home. So he said I should have opened the laybye there at the store to check for my items they are all there. So o would like clarity on the laybye collection procedure because I was offended and insulted by the managers accusations. I decided to not take the laybye and the amount of the items that were missing I was not refunded for but I paid full amount for the laybye.</p>
