Bad service at Mafikeng Mall

I made a laybuy for my daughter at Exact Waterfall Mall (Rustenburg) I sent those clothes home only to find out that they are too small I asked my mom to go and exchange them at Exact Mafikeng Mall the service she got there is terrible they told her that she can't exchange laybuy good it's against their policy. I am so heart broken now cause my daughter didn't have Christmas clothes because they refused to help my mom and I asked her to tell them to show her the policy that is stating that. Am really disappointed and hurt
