Bad service and cheated

Wow it looks like exact is getting worse by the day.. The service I received now is worse than the service I get from the street vendors. I bought clothes online sometime last month and I didn't like some of the items, so I returned them and the store didn't gimme back my original invoice nor the copy of it incase I wanted to exchange other items.

So the day went to exchange things I saw a jacket I bought in different color which I liked very much. So today I decided to exchange the jacket but the guy who help me already had an issue with me not having a receipt but I showed him my order copy on my email and he was like but I don't want that I want the receipt you received with the order and I told him that I don't have because you guys didn't give it back to me....

And already the gossip started because him and his lady colleague and they laughed which ****ed me off the most....

And I bought my Jacket for R499 and now the very same jacket in now R350 and the guy took my jacket at a price of 350 so that I don't get my R150 back because I didn't have a receipt which was already with them.... I will never ever look at that store again... Maybe hes trying to make money for the company but it was a real reap off not to mention the attitude they gave me.... .
